These terms apply when you use noyn.com and when you buy or take a NOYN^® assessment. By using the site or our assessments, you agree to them.

Our assessments

NOYN^® assessments measure mental performance in the context of your sport or work. They are not a mental health assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. If you need mental health services, the referral directory at ccsportpsy.org is a good place to start.

Purchases

Assessments are sold and taken at assessment.noyn.com, with payment processed by Stripe. Each purchase covers one assessment for one person. Prices are shown before you pay. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email matt.krug@noyn.com and we will make it right.

Your results

Your report is for your own development. Results describe tendencies compared with other performers; they do not guarantee any outcome in competition or at work.

Intellectual property

NOYN^®, Mental Club Fitting^®, and Elite Mental Club Fitting^® are registered trademarks. The assessments, reports, and content on this site are protected, and you may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we don't provide. The site and its content are provided “as is,” and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
