North of Your Neck (“NOYN,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through noyn.com, the NOYN® assessments at assessment.noyn.com, and the North of Your Neck app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you send us, such as your name, email, phone number, and message when you use our contact form.
  • Purchase details when you buy an assessment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of your purchase and your email, but never your full card number.
  • Assessment responses and results you provide when you take a NOYN® assessment.
  • App account information if you use the North of Your Neck app, such as your name, email, and the activity you record there.
  • Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your browser type and IP address, used to run and secure the site.

How we use it

  • To score your assessment, prepare your report, and personalize your training in the app.
  • To reply to your enquiries and deliver what you purchased.
  • To improve the NOYN® assessments, using de-identified and aggregated data.
  • To keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run NOYN®, such as payment processing, email delivery, and hosting, and only as needed for them to provide those services. Your individual assessment results are not shared with a coach, team, or organization unless you take the assessment through their program or you choose to share them.

Security and retention

Your data is stored on secure servers. We keep it for as long as you have an account or as needed to provide our services, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing matt.krug@noyn.com.

Children

Players under 18 should take an assessment with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
